PM-1 Program With the PM-1 program, a dedicated project manager assists your team in system design, proposal development, and the pricing and selling of a self-storage solution. Program services include two professional project binders that contain all documents and site drawings that have been created to support the project.
PM-2 Program Choose our PM-2 program and in addition to the basic services described above, you will receive dedicated project management support for your installation team through completion of the project. With this package, Chamberlain Access Solutions provides general installation close-out checklists, assists with training for users of our proprietary equipment, and supplies final as-built equipment drawings in the project binders.
PM-3 Program The PM-3 program, our most comprehensive, includes all of the services above, along with site visits for progress and overall evaluation, as required. A first site visit will take place during the planning phase of the project and the final site visit will correspond with a tailored system close-out inspection and on-site user training. This package also includes two CDs containing electronic copies of all of the documents in the project binders. |
